This is a stunning very rare antique 18th century steel intaglio fob seal on its original box the intaglio is just stunning and it is in beautiful condition for its age its box has lost some of its shagreen covering as you can see in the pictures but otherwise excellent i would date it to around 1780 the total length measures 46.5mm tall and the seal face 27.5 tall this is a very rare seal and comes in its even rarer box this is a must for the collector Thank you for looking.
