This exquisitely designed and woven Antique German Skeined Willow Basket with Lid is simply spectacular! Museum quality for workmanship and a work of art! RARE - I have NEVER seen a finer antique German basket as this one.

It features impeccable craftsmanship - incredibly fine basket. Probably from the early to late 1890s.

There is some previous damage but, was displayed this way in curio cabinet for years. Could be restored by new owner if desired, as worth it! Measurements: 7 3/8" wide, 5" tall, and 3 1/2 deep. Perfect for the serious basket collector. Former owner was a serious collector of basketry from around the world from long ago! Liquidating a three generation of fine antiques.
