Some early MS notations to the title page. A very good, solid and sound copy with only minimal reading wear commensurate with age. Occasional light foxing or toning in the odd place else a very nice, clean copy. Early imprints of this work by Calvin are rarely found complete.

Finely re-backed in a matching period style. Raised bands, ornate gilt décor and a hand-tooled gilt-lettered label to the spine. Blind tooled décor to the front & rear boards.
