Executed on thin paper these drawings have been preserved in their original condition mounted to board. Each of these drawings were part of the same project for Loewy & Snaith and are numbered 1 - 19 low right. They also bear the same paper label and then verso a reference number written in blue ink. Mount - 15 x 18 1/9 inches. Paper - 12 3/4 x 17 inches. This wonderful image, one of only two at this angle, depicts a closer view of the top of a car roof. The curved design is decorated with a tall center fin showing a red, yellow and green light. I particularly like the cityscape visible in the reflection of the windows. The condition of the drawing is excellent while the board shows some toning and minor loss/imperfections around its edges. The adhesive is visible through the thin sheet and the image may show minor waviness.
